Which vouchers are there?

• Wooltasia Basic Voucher: one year of access to all basic features
• Wooltasia Supporter Voucher: one year of access to all supporter features

A voucher is valid for one year. When you buy one you get the code and a printable PDF by email; you can also pass the code on directly.

How to redeem a voucher

1. Open the side menu in the top left and tap Redeem voucher.
2. Enter the code in the field Enter your voucher code.
3. The app checks the code. If it is valid, it shows you what the voucher unlocks before you confirm.
4. Confirm, and your subscription runs on the voucher from then on.

The side menu then shows Voucher subscription active instead of the subscription entry.

What happens with an active subscription?

If you already have a running subscription, the voucher cannot be redeemed: it only applies once your current subscription has expired. The app tells you this right away when checking the code.

For invalid or expired codes it shows Code invalid or expired. If a valid-looking code cannot be redeemed, the support team can help, so include the code and the date.
