Questions about the subscription

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription runs until the end of the paid month or year, then it becomes inactive. Your saved projects stay stored and visible.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Nothing. They stay on the sheep cloud and you can keep looking at them. You can edit them again once your subscription is active.
Why is there no free plan for everything?
Because we run no ads and sell no data. After almost ten years without revenue, the subscription carries development – the yarn calculator and statistics exist because of it.
Is there a family or gift option?
There are subscription vouchers: you can give a subscription as a gift and the recipient redeems the code in their profile. A family plan is not planned at the moment.
