# Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Using the Wooltasia App

Effective Date: June 16, 2025

# 1. Scope

These T&C apply to the use of the Wooltasia web app ("App"), provided by Wooltasia GmbH. By registering and using the app, you agree to these terms.

# 2. Registration and User Account

A user account is required to use the app. You can register or log in with an existing account.
Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and not sharing them with third parties.

# 3. App Features

The app offers the following features:

Project Management: Create and manage your own projects.
Project Editing: With an active subscription, you can edit projects in the editor and document progress by marking areas as completed.
Project Synchronization: If you have already synchronized projects in the old app, they will automatically be available in your account.
Data Storage: Your projects remain secure—even without an active subscription.

# 4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features (e.g., editing and marking projects) are only available with a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. It will remain active until the end of the selected term and then automatically expire.
No refunds are provided for early cancellations.

# 5. Availability and Changes

We strive to ensure uninterrupted use of the app but cannot guarantee permanent availability.
We reserve the right to modify or further develop app features.

# 6. Account Deletion

You can mark your user account for deletion at any time in your profile under "Cancel Account."
After marking, a two-week period begins during which you can reverse the deletion by logging in again.
During this period, your account remains active. The planned deletion date will be clearly displayed in your profile.
After the two weeks, your user account will be permanently deleted, including all associated projects and stored data.

# 7. Privacy

Information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

# 8. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these T&C are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
